The Business & Innovation fellowship is a semester-long program aimed at equipping underclassmen with the necessary skills required to succeed in a business career. The fellowship consists of a 12-week educational curriculum focused on professional development as well as mentorship opportunities. From exclusive networking opportunities to internship preparation, our curriculum aims to help our fellows enter their dream career. Each fellow is additionally paired with an accomplished professional in the fashion or beauty industry as well as an AZURE board member to receive personalized career advice and resources. We are also excited to announce that this semester's fellows will additionally have the opportunity to work on an exciting consulting project, where they'll be able to apply their learning!

Following completion of the program, fellows will have the opportunity to choose their desired committee the following semester.

The Finance & Consulting team is an exciting place to be. AZURE members placed in this committee will have the opportunity to shape the business strategy of the club, including our client engagements. The team will have the chance to source exciting new brands in the fashion and beauty spaces, and sign them as clients for consulting projects. The team will additionally be tackling existing client engagements and providing strategic insights across a wide range of business problems. Unlike most consulting clubs, our team believes in limiting hierarchy within projects, and instead fostering a deeper collaborative environment to provide excellence to our clients. 

The Marketing & PR team will spearhead our brand messaging strategy across our social media platforms, as well as develop meaningful collaborations with other organizations on-campus. Projects may also include hosting panels with industry-leading professionals in the fashion and beauty spaces, as well as external outreach to potential sponsors. This division will also have the exciting opportunity to lead our philantropy strategy, as we believe giving back to our respective communities is the highest indicator of excellence.

Azure’s sustainability committee aims to nurture the growth of sustainability in the fashion industry by assisting clients whether they already have a sustainable business model or are trying to make their company sustainable. We encourage forward-thinking and environmentally conscious changemakers within the fashion industry by teaching students skills to help companies break through any barriers they may have that inhibit their goals for environmental progress. Current and future projects will focus on sustainable strategy, financial analysis, brand and marketing, competitive analyses, and more.
